Coaching is a process whereby an individual works on a one-to-one basis with a coach in a clear professional, non-judgemental relationship in order that they can identify and achieve personal goals (spanning any and all aspects of life) and develop agreed actions.
Coaching is not counselling or therapy and if a person has experienced a significant, traumatic or emotionally demanding event, counselling may be more appropriate – at least initially.
If you have particular dreams or aspirations that you feel you have been unable to progress for some reason, coaching can help remove the obstacles and work with you to create a realistic plan of action.
Alternatively, maybe you have experienced some form of change; for example redundancy; had your first child or perhaps your children have flown the nest and you are feeling unsure of what your life looks like now or maybe you’ve lost sight of yourself in and amongst all of life’s demands and responsibilities.
In these cases coaching can help you reconnect to your inner passions, skills, interests and identify the path forward for you.
If you think that coaching could be helpful to you at this point in your life, contact Sally at Clarity.
